Any thoughts on the following recipe?

.5 lbs. American Chocolate Malt
.5 lbs. American Black Patent
.5 lbs. American Caramel 60°L
1 lbs. Munich Malt
7.5 lbs. Liquid Light Extract
1 oz. Target (Pellets, 8.0 %AA) boiled 60 min.
.5 oz. Challenger (Pellets, 6.5 %AA) boiled 15 min.
.5 oz. Challenger (Pellets, 6.5 %AA) boiled 5 min.
Yeast : WYeast 1028 London Ale

There might be no reason for the 1lb of Munich, so I might cut back to 0.5. I was also thinking of only one flavor hop addition, .75 oz of Challenger, at 10 minutes, or perhaps some other flavor/aroma hops variation.
