Hey all,
Well, i've been brewing on and off for the last 5 years and have enjoyed the..... well, grains of my labor. I really love the whole process of making beer and always look to improve every batch. Although i've been idle so far this year, i just broke out all my equipment and went to town cleaning it all. I figure i'm going to start with my Oatmeal Porter to get the ball rolling.
I look forward to gaining any help i can get form such a great site.
Also would like to see if any brew groups are in the Bay Area.
