I just moved to St. Louis, and I'm looking for stores that carry 1/6 barrels of commercial beers so I can put my keezer to use until I get back to brewing. Anyone know of good places in the area?

I don't know if its still possible, but the head brewer at Schlafly said in a Brewing Network interview that he will fill corny kegs if you bring em in clean and ready to go. Many liquor stores can and will order you kegs from brands they carry if you order them in advance.

Schlafly still fills cornys if you let them know ahead of time. I don't recall which location (if it matters) is easier to get them done at.

Lukas Liquor and Friar Tucks are the best two keg places in STL that I know of. Also, I just got done building out my brewery setup and if you need a place to brew at, let me know.
