The best part is the guy actually sampled the beer under that mess. I'm sure someone here can identify the infection type.
 
Actually I think the conclusion was that it was a Brett infection. The pic was taken with it a little bunched up at the bottom of the fermentor. He said the beer really didn't taste bad. It takes large man parts to drink something like that...
 
I thought it was a fungus under magnification. That is horrid. A dumper for sure.
 
Oddly enough, under the rules of the Boneyard, that picture would get the boot. Here...it's all tech talk with examples.
