I squeezed lemons straight into my secondary once. It is tasty in the hefe.

I think you will get a pectin haze from boiling fruit juice.

I assume you're talking about squeezing the grain bag(s)? I seem to recall people saying that'll increase the amount of tannins, but personally I don't think it would cause any big problems.
 
Like SwAMi75 said, if your talking about the grain... everything out there says not to. Tannins will be a problem.
