A couple of days ago I racked a Blonde Ale to secondary (after 12 days), and because there were still a lot of hop floaties in it, I used a muslin hop bag rubber banded to the end of the hose as a strainer. Now I'm wondering if I also filtered out my yeast and it won't carb when I bottle it...and if I likely did, how much (dry) should I add back to be sure it will carb? I agitated it a bit while racking in the hopes of increasing my suspended yeast count, and it did still have a bit of cloudiness to it that came through the filter, should I be okay?

The yeasties are REALLY tiny. It'll be fine. If you saw what it takes to filter yeast out of a batch you would understand.

You need a sub-micron (0.5 or 0.2) filter to keep the yeast out. I've used 2 micron filters and haven't had a problem with carbonation.
