I drank a Dupont Saison recently. It was enjoyable to drink. However, my stomach refused to digest it. I drank one 750ml bottle. Six hours later, precisely 748ml was still in my tummy and it was time to hit the eject button. :cross:
I've had this happen once before with a different Saison, but never with any other type of beer. I haven't had a lot of different Saisons, but I've had maybe seven or so and it was a problem twice.
Maybe my stomach doesn't like the yeast? It's a shame because the beer tasted great, but I don't plan on drinking it again.
