Just harvested yeast and now what?

I just harvested some yeast from an Alagash tripel reserve, but I'm not brewing for a few days, now what do I do with it? I have about 600ml should I just proceed like I'm washing the yeast and then throw it in the fridge? Or should I step it up to build more yeast and then wash them?
