Brewed a Belgian Triple a few months ago, Used Ardennes yeast, left in primary since brewed. Looked at it tonight.. Its got a think pencile on top with a few bubbles, kinda looks like saw dust. Dont know if I should toss it or rack into glass gallon bottles..
Tastes like nail polish remover..
