This stout has been chugging along solid for three days. Beautiful krausen that dropped after a day and a half, now these little crusty looking islands popped up. Haven't seen this is a brew yet. What do you think? Thanks!
Looks fine to me. They will appear and disappear at will. Just clumps of yeast and trub taking a ride on CO2 bubbles. Eventually they will (or should) make their way to the bottom. Give it a few weeks.
