The majority of people who contribute to this forum like and make GOOD beer.
There a obviously a minority of people who's sole intention is to make cheap strong hooch and for some reason think this is the place to ask and learn about it.
I intend to make this thread a reference for those people so we don't get the same questions asked time and time again in the serious forums.
