Tannins in finished beer

I have just done my first all-grain batch, and sure enough, i steeped at too high a temperature for about 20 minutes. I fermented for 7 days (imperial IPA), secondary for 14 days, and bottled. It's now 2 weeks post bottling and I can still clearly taste tannins. Is there anything I can do at this point or should I just drink it as is? Would cold storing it do anything for me? Thanks
