It pains me that I won't be buying this but I figured others might want it, so here it is! I only wish it were the bigger one...

I never understood the benefits to that. $120 for a plastic conical (Sale price even), or $15 for a plastic bucket. I understand harvesting yeast. But you're looking at 15 batches at $7 a pop liquid yeast or 35 batches of $3 a pop dry yeast before you break even. Not to mention a larger area required to control temps.

Good point IP, that's pretty much why I'm not going for it... I just put a Better Bottle racking adapter on a bucket and it's more than enough for 5g batches... actually, I put one of those on a 15g bucket too...
