anyone had the Baltika Dark Lager 4? good stuff. malty and smooth. we've been buying them for $1.69 for one of those large pint and 2.whatever ounce bottles. give 'em a shot! :D
Samuel Smith also has a cool little gift pack for about $10 bucks. tulip pint glass, 2 coasters, Oatmeal Stout, Brewery Pale Ale, and a Nut Brown Ale (all large pint bottles). nice gift for a fellow beer drinker.......or yourself! :drunk:

This little gift pack was a life saver for me this past summer when I was back in rural Ohio for a wedding. I couldn't find any good beer in the little farm town (my home town) I was in, but I stumbled across the gift pack in, of all places, a small natural foods store. The glass is probably still sitting in my parent's cupboard.

well, the main reason i bought one, was because it was inside a box. i don't know why Samuel Smith uses clear bottles. i've had several skunky beers from them so i figured these would be safe! plus i got a pint glass! woo-hoo!

I've had several of the Baltikas (can't remember the numbers though) - all very drinkable! Some of them go up to around 11%ABV
