Brew has been postponed until tomorrow. I was woken up at 4am with severe back pain. It's a little better this morning but moving is still difficult. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I'm brewing an American IPA. I'm going to try to start today around 11AM EST. My back is a bit better but still very unhappy.
