I am looking for the best way to use a pound of hops in a 5 gallon batch to make an ultra hopped IPA, but still want it to have a smooth finish. I am not quite ready to do an AG batch yet, but I have been doing partial. If there are any good ingredient kits I can use, and just add some more hops to it that would probably be best. Any suggestions?:mug:

Not sure yet, I think we want to use Magnum, Simcoe, Fuggles, and/or Amarillo. Was trying to see if anyone had any good ideas on what hops would be good to use with this.

Remember I'm still pretty new, so I want to use less grain and more extract. But I want to get myself to use more grains, just don't have the right equipment at the moment. I want to use a 60-90 min boil, maybe 3 gallons. I probably want to use extract with some steeped grains in it.
