I have made a lot of wine but no beer.
No equipment....well have wine bubblers and 5 gallon glass necked water bottles and pots to ferment in. So sort of.

I need a simple book and reciepe to get stated with all grain brewing.
I want to do a lager and do have refigerators.

Any help is appreciated.

Welcome from a newbie...You in the right place these guys will help you out...

You have some of the basics and are off to a good start. I would suggest getting the "Complete Joy of Homebrewing" one of those titles that everyone has in the library. I taught myself how to brew 20+ years ago and it's a classic. Might want to try some extract beers to get your feet wet but don't be afraid to jump into all grain. There is some great info on here and look over some of the stickies on here for some great info. If you have any questions along the way feel free to post them on HBT you usually will get a response here VERY quickly.
