Hey DannPM, I don't have anything exciting as far as homebrews at the moment. I recently bottled a Tripel, and have a AHS Wit that I'll probably bottle later this week. I just brewed a basic pale ale, so it won't be ready for a few more weeks. Oh, and some of Ed's Apfelwein that 1+ years old. Like I said, nothing spectacular. I'm hoping to do my octoberfest soon, and maybe even a KBS clone. However, those won't be ready to drink for a quite a while.

Hey Dan, I live in Overland Park if you want to come by. I just keg anymore, but I'd be glad to share. Give me a couple weeks and I'll have a pale ale on tap. I brewed ten gallons and split it between wlp051 and cultured Bell's yeast. Tasted good when I racked to secondary.
