Putting the beer in bottles takes forever especially with the pencil thin spring tip bottling wand I have. I have a 3/8 and was thinking about a 1/2 inch spring tip. How much faster would I bottle? haha i have a feeling it would barley get faster at all huh.

I dont know if I would consider just using straight tubing with no bottle filler because i brew hoppy beer(oxidation kills hops fast) but if a person on here that is claims that their 100IBU beer taste fine a month after bottling with tubing I might consider it.

otherwise maybe some tips? I use revy's bottling technique all the way, so thats pretty much my set up. let me know.

Based on my calculations, about 56% faster. This is assuming, though, that you have a 1/2 valve installed. Otherwise, the valve is going to be a choke point and it's going to be the same.

Wouldn't a larger bottling wand leave more headspace in each bottle? May be perfect for a 22 or bigger but for a 12 oz I'd think it'd be a lot.
