I just transferred an oatmeal stout to secondary. It has been in primary in the swamp cooler since 7-7... Started at 1.056 and according to Beer Calculus it should have finished at 1.015... this is at 1.020 . I pitched on washed and started S-04. I went ahead and secondaried and put it in to cold crash. Now I am rethinking that maybe I need to pull it out and warm it up a little.. .. suggestions?
edited to add++ BTw tasted the gravity sample and it is very good.

Warm it back up, wait three days, test the gravity again. If it is still at 1.020, bottle/keg it. If it is lower, wait another couple of days and retest.

this just came up in another thread, too, but I'd be suspicious of any software that attempted to tell me what my FG should be.

1.020 FG on stout seems reasonable to me.
