On wensday 1/16/13 I made a starter from some wlp004 I harvested from some bottles. I thought I was gonna brew this weekend but it looks like I'm not till next Saturday. What should I do with my starter till then?
Just put it in the fridge and it will be fine. On brew day, decant the beer, leave a small amount to slurry up the yeast and pitch it in the wort when ready!
On a side note, if you get derailed again for another week you should re-start it a few days before, just my opinion......
