This beer really turned out superb- far better than I could have imagined. It's dry and somewhat spicy tasting, which is great since I didn't add any spices. I hit a 1.070 OG and it finished at an astounding 1.005 FG. 8.5% ABV! This yeast is really wonderful.
Scored 34/50 from two professional brewers. Here's the comments: "Spicy, fruity hop flavor balanced with smooth maltiness. Med Bitterness- slightly sweet throughout." "Great, Dry finish"
