I made a yeast starter 4 days ago, and didn't get around to brewing. I'm planing now on brewing in two more days, is it OK to use this starter? It krausened properly, etc., I've just never used a yeast starter that was almost a week old. What do you guys think?

I have made them two weeks ahead for time. When fermentation starts to slow i make more starter and add it to my existing starter yeast. When i
feel i have enough starter i put it in the frig untill brew day.:mug:

One last note if you do not have a stirplate every now and then stir your starter
by hand by swirling the bottle.
