Hey kids...looking into stepping up production size a little bit and looking at some 55 gallon kettle options. A little sticker shock from Blichmann, etc. But I know folks have converted Steel Drums and such. What would I be looking for in these drums? Would these work http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/for/1401014712.html ? If not, why not? Do I need to get more info from the seller?

Those are probably steel with a food safe epoxy/plastic lining applied. They don't look stainless to me.
