I have my first beer that I'm going to keg. I don't "need" it until April 21st so I'm not sure if I want to keg it now. Kegging it now means it takes of most of the room in the Sanyo. I could lager it in the Sayno I guess but that would also take up most of the room itoo. I don't want to keg it yet since I made it for a party and i don't want to drink it all before hand.

Well, I'd do it sooner than later--you never know what will happen during the process. Get the kinks out of your system before you are under the gun.

Force yourself to drink BMC if you get it dialed in too early.

Kegging can be VERY frustrating at first.

Go ahead an keg it. Put some Duct tape over the plugs so you can't sneak samples and hid it.

do I need to keep it cold once it is pressurized?
