I recently purchased a Brewer's Best Milk Stout kit. In efforts to improve my brewing, I borrowed a larger, yet cheaper pot. I was able to steep my specialty grains, but was unable to reach a boil. Due to unforeseen, nonbrewing, problems, I was not able to finish the brewing and lost the specialty grain brew. A week later, I went ahead and brewed the rest of the brew without the specialty grain brew.

My question: What did I make?

The recipe is as follows:

Breiss Special Dark LME
Breiss Pilsen LME
Lactose
Millennium hops (boiling)
Willamette hops (aroma)

Thanks for the help.
