I am about to brew my first batch. I bought a True Brew Summer Wheat kit. In the direction there is no information about ideal fermentation temps. The only mention in the directions about temp. is to pitch the yeast under 90 degrees.
Any advice or furthure info would be greatly appreciated.

I fermented my first two beers (both True Brew kits) at 68 to 74 degrees and so far they've turned out fine. Specifically for Summer Wheat, I dont know what to tell you. But I think normal ale temperatures would be fine

I would ferment bewteen 60-68 degrees, but the yeast package most likely will have the ideal temps for that yeast.
