I am looking at making something similar to the matso mango beer that is brewed in Broome. Would anyone out there have a recipe on how to make it? Along with the hops and grains??
I was going to do a Mango brew but didnt want to deal with the mango and racking it a 3rd time to help clear it. I opted to use Citra hops because they are have a mango-ish flavor and the beer turned out great.
I've used lorann oils is a couple beers. Water soluble, great flavor (far better than the brewer's best strawberry and apricot flavors I've used, which have that "soapy" taste you read about). One to two drams in secondary, so really cheap.
