I was thinking about brewing a coffee stout and would appreciate some advice.

First how long in primary?
How long in secondary?
How long in bottle for conditioning?

Lastly, I know you can add straight dripped cofee to the fermenter, but has anyone every used coffee at the priming stage? I was thinking about using coffee and mixing my sugar with that....

First how long in primary?
At least until it is done fermenting - probably a week minimum. Longer if you don't rack to secondary

How long in secondary?
2-3 weeks (or more). But you may not even need secondary.

How long in bottle for conditioning?
3 weeks at room temp

I've never done this, but I don't see why you couldn't. However, if you add the coffee at bottling it might take longer for the flavors to "gel" together.
