Stone Brewery has by far the best beer/food pairings I've ever had!
Their Smoked Porter BBQ sauce is amazing, and I think they have an IPA one too.
They use awesome locally produced stuff (beef, etc) and also get stuff from all over the world. They make a killer Kim-Chee (sp?) that is so spicy and pairs phenomenally with their IPA.:rockin: I could go on and on.
Anybody been there?
Anybody been able to drive after leaving?
