mashed in @ 9:40 am 175 strike water hit 154 target perfect!!!
Commenced boil @ 11:45 did 75 minute boil because of pre boil volume
5.5 gallons into fermenter pitched yeast starter
First racking 5-14-07 1.012 tastes nice!!!!!
kegged on 5-29-07

This beer came out great, I have a friend who is a big sam adams summer fan and he said this blows it away, and I agree. Didn't even need a blowoff on this either which I was anticipating.
