Just saw in the Menards add today that the 5 gallon rubbermaid drinking cooler is on sale for $16.97...May be nice for a partial mash, gotta make a manifold and get a SS ball valve but easy enough to do...

BIAB, all grain, good for 5 gallons, maybe more if it's low enough grav. I used the same cooler, just the way it is for PM's and AG. Get a nice big bag and you're good to go.
