So I'm doing another run of Orfy's hobgoblin clone, which is excellent by the way, and was thinking about doing some First Wort Hopping.
So, having read a number of sources, I'm confident to go ahead and toss the flavor hops in with the first runnings (which I would normally add with 15 minutes left in the boil). What could possibly go wrong? ;-)
But my question is this: do I still go with aroma hops at flameout?
