Just FYI the wiring isn't difficult at all, I mean it takes a few minutes and a blind monkey could do it. But, if you don't have the required tools, extension cord, or extra wire for the jumper you'll probably spend about the same as for the pre-wired one just to get that stuff.
 
weirdboy, exactly. It may not be too difficult, but it requires extra supplies and time. I'd rather spend the extra 15-20 bucks and forget that part.
