Does anyone have a recipe for this beer?

I just drank a bottle of Zolo (Torrontes wine from Argentina). It was excellent, it was light, sweet, fruity, and very sparkly. Almost 1/2 way to champagne. i thought it would be good to make a beer that was similar to this sparkly-ness. I remember in australia drinking coopers and remember it being very bubbly as well.

So does anyone know what makes Coopers extra bubbly and how can i make a beer that is extra bubbly, light and fruity? A beer inspired by this bottle of Zolo.

Thanks!

For additonal carbonation use more priming sugar at bottling time.

To make it light keep the starting gravity fairly low.

To make it "fruity" use an appropriate yeast... maybe something Belgian.

I'm not familiar with the beverage you're trying to clone so it's difficult to give specifics.
