I'm brewing an IPA in the morning. I'm pretty confident all will go fine, but figured why not post it for critique just for the heck of it.

I just got a bunch of new hops so I always like to brew an IPA with them shortly after. Anyway, this is matched up to Bru'n Water's pale ale profile (with a healthy 140ppm Calcium and 300ppm sulfate) and a 5.3pH (via phosphoric acid).

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Looks fine to me, overall. I am not certain whether you will be able to tell that there is MO in there, underneath all of the hops. To bump up the toasty-ness, if that is what you are after, you could go with Vienna. A 90-minute boil would help to develop some malt complexity, but that is minor. Lots of hops flavor and aroma - should be a good example of the West Coast style. Post how it turns out.

I'm interested to know how much of the Sorachi Ace comes thru in the final product.

Looks good to me.

Why a 20 minute addition. I'd have moved it to 10, but that is just personal preference, I think you lose too much adding it at 20.

What temp and how long is the Hopstand?

This is just a thought but if your fwh with ace remember that's gonna get boiled too so you may not need a 60 min addition and I'm not sure how sorachi ace does as a bittering addition and I'd move your 20 min hops to 10 min that way you get your bitterness from your fwh and all those moved to the 10 min you get a touch more bitterness and more flavor. Otherwise looks nice. Please let us know what you end up doing and how it tastes.
