1. Im planning to buy a used keg and can I use this keg sort of as my secondary fermenting bucket before I hook it up to the Co2 tank?
2. Once its hooked up, how long can the beer be stored in the keg?
3. I can regularly remove the Co2 tank from the keg even if there is beer in there. Will that effect the quality of the beer?
