How high have you gone without freezing?

I'm have a 13.7% Barleywine with WLP001
16.5% Russian Imperial Stout with WLP099
20+% Barleywine with WLP099

If anyone else is using WLP099, what kind of brews are you making, what are your OG's, FG's or ABV's?

Once I got to 20% I'm curious about how high I can go.....

That one finished way too low that's why I was asking the question. OG was 1.148.....started out with Pacman yeast....did 3 sugar feedings....and added a 1 liter starter of WLP099....

it ate all the sugar....and finsihed at 0.995....it was way too thin and way too hot....

I'm wondering how high I can go with with my FG before WLP099 will stall out with a 1.012 to a 1.018 FG.

I've caught it before on the way down and put it to sleep in my freezer at a 1.014....then racked it off that yeast so that it wouldn't start fermenting again...and was usccessful with that.
