Hey all. A friend of mine ordered a few pounds of fresh Cascades (vines and all) for a photo shoot and doesn't brew so he offered them to me (of course I said yes). So last night I plucked all the cones off and I ended up with about a pound of semi fresh. I say semi fresh cause they are about 4-5 days post farm and they weren't completely wet nor completely dry either. So I was thinking of this recipe and going with the 4:1 ratio (wet to dry) for the hop additions. Does anyone have experience with not right off the vine, but not completely dry hops? Did you adjust your hop ratio to account for some of the drier cones?
