I see a couple discussions regarding this topic but maybe not "the" answer...what is a good sub for Caramunich? I thought I had it and don't; but, I've several Cara grains including Caravienne...any good? (Or, do I await the UPS man?)
Thanks

I'd probably use crystal 60L for the substitution. Caramunich is a medium crystal malt.

I'd use the CaraVienna if you have it. It's from the same family so it will have a similar flavor but be lighter in color.
