I've purchased a couple of pH meters over the years, and because I didn't brew often enough, the electrodes would dry out and become junk. I've been just using ColorpHast pH papers since I got back into brewing a couple of years ago. They seem to work pretty well, but I'm thinking about buying another pH meter.
