Which do you use and why? When I began brewing I used bleach to sanitize then switched over to Iopdophor after a while. Well, I've finally run out of Iodophor. I've been reading a lot about StarSan and was wondering if you guys prefer it over Iodophor and why?

I use both because I use them in different ways. I spray StarSan & soak with Iodophor.
Tons of prior threads on this subject, enough to put you to sleep, but I'd venture to guess that StarSan wins the popularity contest.
