i found this ( Recipe: Dry Stout ) the other day and already ordered the stuff for it. but not happy with the projected alcohol content. whats your ideas on how to increase it without making it to sweet. i was thinkin addin some dark malt extract.

Dark extract will almost guarantee it'll be too sweet. Dark extracts are invariably mashed with crystal as well as black malt. Just add a pound or two of Light DME.
