Students at Rice University are trying to develop a strain yeast that will produce resveratol during fermentation.

I just read your post to my husband (who takes resveratrol supplements) and he got very excited that college students are finally doing something worthwhile. He told the cat, "Hey, if this works, I can live a LONG time!"

If your husband is talking to the cat, I'm not sure that the resveratrol is the solution.
