Hi, the name is Alex, I'm 22 and I love trying new beers. My favorite would have be the Imperial IPA's right now. I've had some really good ones from some local brewers here. I've currently only made two 5 gallon brews. One being an ale version of oktoberfest, which turned out pretty decent. The other i am am really enjoying right now, an imperial ipa. I bought ingredient kits for both of them but the ipa i tripled the hop content(which turned out really tasty.)

I am a college student studying business management, hoping to open a restaurant some day. I'm a server at a local restaurant chain(which i despise). Also i breed golden retrievers and love all big dogs.
