Anyone ever attend boston's belgian beer fest?

There was a German beer fest a few weeks ago..I heard it was good. You have to buy tickets to get in...40 bucks, i think..
 
I attended it last year. It's a first rate event with some excellent beers. Disappointed that Stone won't be there again this year. I got to sample verticals from 4/4/04, 5/5/05, 6/6/06 and maybe one more...can't recall:rolleyes:
Heard that Gumer Santos the head brewer from Rochefort will be there, as well as Sam Gaglione from DFH.
I'll probably attend the Saturday night session.
 
In my opinion, the prov. beer fest is a huge waste of time. Its just a bunch of people trying to get drunk. It has very little to do with beer.

Any Beer Advocate event is well worth the effort to attend. They tend to sell out early and the majority of people are there to enjoy themselves and the beer. not just to get drunk.

you should go.
