Hi everyone... just finished my first batch of kombucha and here is the baby that formed. The kombucha tastes great but this baby doesn't look nearly as pretty as the mother. Can someone confirm that it is healthy? (The upper right is a closeup of the lower left area of the scoby.) Thanks for your help.
