a Lemon Coriander Weiss all grain from Midwest..Wyeast 3068 with a starter from a few days ago.
This is the first time I used my new Barley Crusher... The grain bill was precrushed but I ran it through the crusher on default settings at it came out much finer than the Midwest crush.
My OG was 1.066...this is the highest OG I've experienced.
added crushed coriander with 2 mintes left and it calls for addin the lemon zest in seconday.
