I siphoned off most of the 6 gallons of my first batch of cider and bottled it (turned out amazing) and then proceeded to top it off with another 5 gallons of juice with some different fermentables and spices. just now learning about autolysis etc, just wondering if i may have made a mistake.

Some people will use yeast from their last fermentation to start fermentation in a new batch.

My advice would be to rack to a clean carboy/bucket, but I'm sure somebody else will come in here and tell you to just leave it. If you just started fermentation you shouldn't have to worry about O2. After racking to a clean vessel it will produce enough CO2 to push out any headspace.
