i haven't seen this before. my tenth batch, first partial mash recipe. this is an ipa and pitched s-04 dried yeast. the only thing i was worried about is i found a termite in my cooled wort before transferred to primary, i got it out with a sanitized spoon. primary fermentation was 7 days at 62 degrees. it tasted fine when it went into the secondary. this is an ipa and pitched s-04 dried yeast. its been 4 days in the secondary still at 62 and i noticed this today. i lifted the air lock, took a wiff and smells fine. this just don't look right.
